Police/Fire/EMS - March 28, 2012

ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 45 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Burglaries on the 300 block of Acorn Street , the 2100 block of Radium Springs Road and the 2600 block of Devan Drive;

-- Entering autos on the 3000 block of Kensington Court, the 600 block of Johnson Road and the 1700 block of Slappey Boulevard;

-- Thefts by taking on the 600 block of Polaris Drive, the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue and the 2300 block of Whispering Pines Road;

-- Missing juveniles on the 1300 block of South McKinley Avenue and the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive;

-- Apprehend and detain juvenile on the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle;

-- Forgery, bogus currency, on the 700 block of West Highland Avenue;

-- Fraud on the 2000 block of Dawson Road;

-- Injured persons on the 1200 block of West Broad Avenue and the 800 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

-- Financial transaction card fraud on the 300 block of Station Crossing Drive;

-- Disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Cordele Road;

-- Theft by deception on the 1700 block of Radium Springs Road;

-- Aggressive driving on the 1300 block of Mobile Avenue;

-- Aggravated assault, no injuries reported, on the 1000 block of Cedar Avenue;

-- Disorderly conduct, fights, on the 2500 Homeward Drive and the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

-- Assaults (domestic) on the 1300 block of Seventh Avenue and the 1900 block of West Broad Avenue;

-- Domestic disturbances (unfounded) on the 500 block of Mercedes Street, the 300 block of South Mock Road, the 100 block of Mossydale lane, the 1500 block of West Magnolia Street and the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive.

ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to 10 incidents Monday, including three active alarms, removed cat from a tree, assist EMS, two trash fires, a controlled burn, an unauthorized burn and a false alarm.
