I think it’s time to bring our children and grandchildren home. They have spent too much time in combat. They perform combat roles, endanger their lives, and serve multi-tours and multi-duties. The Middle East has received enough military help.
Sun Tzu wrote the first military manual over 2,500 years ago during the time Europe was living in caves and eating his food raw. Many war colleges employ his instruction. He said that armies have cycles — peaks and valleys. At the peak, it is a fighting machine that friends and foes fear. In the valleys, your armies are nothing but an organized mob that no one fears. That cycle usually spans four years. In addition, military action depletes it quicker.
You must complete your military operation and then leave, no matter the result. Your army must rest and resupply itself between conflicts.
