Albany Area Crime Stoppers has four fugitives on its Most Wanted list this week. This week's listing focuses on sex offenders. All fugitives on the Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.
Frederick Teemer
Fredrick Teemer — aliases Tony Jones, Jerry Jones and Roderick Deon Teemer — is a 44-year-old black male, 5 feet 8, 175 pounds, with black hair (shaves bald), brown eyes and a small scar over his left eyebrow. His last known address is 2003 N. County Line Road, Albany. Teemer is an absconded sex offender with two active arrest warrants for failure to register as a sex offender and parole violation.
Kenneth Bernard Hayes
Kenneth Bernard Hayes is a 35-year-old black male, 5 feet 11, 151 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a pigment discoloration on his face. His last known addresses are 529-B Dorsett Ave. and 1411 W. Gordon Ave., both in Albany. Hayes is a registered sex offender with an active arrest warrant for probation violation.
James Myers
James Myers is a 24-year-old black male, 5 feet 10, 139 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos covering his body, including his face, neck, chest and full sleeves on both arms. His last known address is 1300 Clark Ave., Albany. Myers is a registered sex offender with an active arrest warrant for probation violation.
Avery Bernard Sinclair
Avery Bernard Sinclair (a.k.a. Life) is a 32-year-old black male, 6 feet 1, 130 pounds, with tattoos of "Life" on his right shoulder and "9th War" praying hands "zone 5" and "RIP" over a cross on his forearms. His last known address is 805 W. Lincoln Ave. Apt B, Albany. Sinclair is a registered sex offender with an active arrest warrant for Probation Violation.
