ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 34 incidents Wednesday into the early hours of Thursday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Indecent exposure, saggy pants, on the 2400 block of Stuart Avenue;
-- Truancy, unruly child, on the 1600 block of Devon Drive;
-- Motor vehicle theft on the 1200 block of West Whitney Avenue;
-- Entering autos on the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue, the 500 block of Pine Avenue and the 100 block of Almond Drive;
-- Disorderly conduct on the 2200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 1600 block of Pineview Drive and the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue;
-- Burglaries on the 2100 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 700 block of Drexel Court, the 1700 block of West Whitney Avenue, the 2800 block of Meredyth Drive and the 700 block of Drexel Street;
-- Armed robbery on the 700 block of Seventh Avenue;
-- Theft by taking on the 300 block of Wells Avenue;
-- Battery on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue;
-- Assaults (domestic) on the 200 block of Cone Street, the 1200 block of 11th Avenue and the 700 block of Lippitt Drive;
-- Battery (domestic) on the 500 block of 10th Avenue;
-- Domestic disturbances (unfounded) on the 500 block of Holloway Avenue and the 2600 block of Dawson Road.
DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 67 calls on Wednesday, including 47 medical calls and 20 trauma calls. Medical and trauma calls included, but were not limited to, six calls for chest pain, six respiratory calls, 21 various medical calls, 11 vehicle crash victims and four falls.
ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to 11 incidents Wednesday, including three unattended cooking, two fire safety classes, street light flickering, EMS assist, an active alarm, a smoking oven, a trash fire and an unauthorized burn.
