Mr. and Mrs. Chandler M. Alexander of Albany,

Georgia are pleased to announce the engagement of

their daughter Maggie Lauren Alexander to Joseph

Eugene Godfrey son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Godfrey of

Sylvester, GA.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and

Mrs. Tommy Stephens and Mr. and Mrs. Frank

Brysch of Cordele, GA. She is a 2003 graduate of Albany

High School and a 2008 graduate of Georgia

Southwestern State University. She is employed by

Dougherty County School System.

The groom-elect the grandson of the late Frank &

Ida Mock of Sylvester GA and the late Bobby & June

Godfrey of Sylvester, GA. He is the graduate of Worth

County High School 2002. He is employed by Godfrey

Construction.

The wedding is planned for June 16, 2012.
