Porn actress from Lee County sentenced

NEW PORT RICHIE, Fla. — Amanda Logue, a Lee County, Ga., native and adult film actress, has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for her role in a Florida murder, according to news reports.

The Huffington Post reported Tuesday that Logue, who performed under the stage name Sunny Dae, was sentenced for her role in the 2010 slaying of Dennis Abrahamsen during a sex party in New Port Richey.

She pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. Her boyfriend, Jason Andrews, is also charged in the killing in which Abrahamsen was beaten to death with a sledgehammer.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Logue’s plea came after Andrews, also an adult film actor, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in January.

Andrews, 28, agreed to spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole.

What does being from Lee County, or being a porn star have to do with her pleading out to manslaughter. Just two more folks the people of Florida will have to support for the rest of their lives, or major portion there of. Somehow using a sledge hammer should be extenuating circumstances. However, had they gotten what they deserve, I feel sure there are enough bleeding hearts to stretch the death penalty into a cash pit.
