Police/Fire/EMS - May 23, 2012

ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 56 incidents Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday. The reports included:

— Domestic violence (unfounded) on the 1100 block of West Lincoln Avenue and on the 1400 block of Bonnyview Avenue;

— Assault on the 600 block of Kingsbury Lane and on the 600 block of Swift Street;

— Theft by taking on the 2400 block of Dawson Road and on the 900 block of 20th Avenue;

— Aggravated assault on the 1400 block of Gillespie Avenue;

— Simple battery on the 900 block of South Cleveland Street;

— Disorderly conduct on the 3900 block of Rodnor Forest Lane and on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and on the 800 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Suspended license on the 100 block of North Slappey Boulevard and on the 800 block of Cason Street;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 2200 block of Stratford Drive;

— Burglary on the 1500 block of Malone Drive and on the 1200 block of Whispering Pines Road;

— Interference with a city officer on the 2700 block of Sylvester Road and on the 2700 block of Dawson Road;

— Entering auto on the 1200 block of Baker Avenue;

— Battery on the 2000 block of Schilling Drive and on the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue;

— Criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree on the 1600 block of Gardner Drive and on the 3800 block of Mayfair Lane;

— Injured person on the 1700 block of Gadsden Drive and on the 700 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2700 block of Dawson Road and on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Missing juvenile on the 200 block of North Madison Street;

— Recovered property on the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and on the 700 block of Hobson Street;

— Forgery in the 1st degree on the 200 block of Loftus Drive;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 1500 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Identity fraud on the 2300 block of Dominion Court.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 10 calls on Monday. The reports included:

— Traffic accident on Georgia Highway 3, just north of Dorough Avenue;

— Theft on the 3500 block of Sylvester Road;

— Lost property on the 3000 block of East Park Court.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 10 calls Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday. The reports included a grass fire, EMS assistance and sticks on the side of the road on fire.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to a total of 54 calls on Monday. There were 42 medical calls and 12 trauma calls.

The medical calls included, but were not limited to, seven respiratory calls, four chest pain calls and 21 various medical calls. The trauma calls included, but were not limited to, six falls and three auto accident victims.
