ALBANY, Ga. — Information provided by a resident assisted Albany Police Department detectives with the arrest of a man in the brutal beating and robbery of a 79-year-old woman. It was a triple win.
The police arrested 42-year-old Lucious Gene Sutton for the May 16 attack on Carol Dozier at her Lynwood Lane home. Dozier’s family contributed to the arrest. The tipster gets $2,500 provided by Dozier’s family.
