ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 39 incidents Sunday into the early hours of Monday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Public indecency, saggy pants, on the 700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Possession of marijuana, less than an ounce, on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;

— Forgery on the 2300 block of Dawson Road;

— Injured person on the 400 block of Holloway Avenue;

— Aggravated assaults on the 800 block of North Jackson Street, the 600 block of Harmon Avenue and the 2400 block of Dawson Road;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 200 block of West Tift Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 700 block of Wheeler Avenue and the 500 block of South Madison Street;

— Disorderly conduct on the 100 block of North Front Street and the 2500 block of the Cherokee Drive alley;

— Battery on the 500 block of Cotton Avenue and the 600 block of Cedar Avenue;

— Entering auto on the 600 block of 10th Avenue;

— Child abuse on the 600 block of Shadownlawn Drive;

— Assaults (domestic) on the 400 block of Mercedes Street and the 2100 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Assault, vandalism (domestic) on the 900 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Vandalism (domestic) on the 1400 block of West Waddell Avenue;

— Domestic disturbance on the 1600 block of 11th Avenue;

— Domestic disturbances (unfounded) on the 1300 block of Hobson Street, the 700 block of West Lincoln Avenue, the 1100 block of University Street, the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and the 500 block of West Second Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 35 calls Sunday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Disorderly conduct on the 3500 block of Sylvester Road;

— Lost wallet on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;

— Identity fraud on the 2600 block of Lonesome Road;

— Drunken driving on the 600 block of Holly Drive;

— Vehicle crashes, two on the 2600 block, one on the 1100 block and one on the 800 block of the Liberty Expressway;

— Traffic arrest on the 400 block of Oakridge Drive.
