On Monday, on the 700 block of Georgetown Drive, an unknown person reportedly broke into a victim's 2007 Chevrolet Malibu and stole her purse, which contained debit and credit cards.

Afterwards, the suspect walked to Heritage Bank on Loftus Drive and attempted to withdraw money from an ATM there, officials say.

Authorities identified the victim as Donyetta Hines.
