ALBANY — Dixie Trace Field Trial Association will conduct its annual awards banquet at 6:45 p.m. Saturday at Lee County’s Grand Island Club.
Each year the association recognizes a winner and runner-up in the following classes: amateur all age, amateur shooting dog, amateur derby, open all age, open shooting dog and open derby. Top dog handlers are also honored.
Many of the top competition quail hunting dogs in the nation come from the clubs associated with Dixie Trace.
Festivities will begin with a social hour at 5 p.m.
