ALBANY — The Donut Factory, a full-service bakery, has vacated its former location at 2822-1 Nottingham Way, near Buffalo Wild Wings. The independently owned business was founded by Mike Bowers and backed by Southeastern Investment Partners of Albany, which is owned by a group of five Atlanta investors.
According to Mary Carter of Murray Webb and Associates, who with Kristy Wingate of Albany Realty put together the deal in 2010, a new lease for the 1,600-square-foot property is currently pending with an undisclosed business and may be announced soon.
