ALBANY — Albany Technical College will hold Spring Commencement ceremonies tonight at 7 at the Albany Civic Center. A reception will precede the ceremony from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room at the Civic Center.
Nearly 100 students are eligible to receive associate’s degrees; almost 300 to receive diplomas; almost 50 technical certificates of credit, and more than 100 will receive General Education Diplomas (GED).
The keynote speaker for the evening’s ceremony is George E. Cooper, retired president of South Carolina State University.
