MOULTRIE -- William Carvis Bivins, 82, of Albany, died Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at Cobb Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
