ALBANY -- Mr. William Ralph Tinsley, 86, of Leesburg, died Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Palmyra Nursing Home.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, November 5, 2012, at 11 a.m. from Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held ONE hour prior to the service (10 a.m.) Monday at Kimbrell-Stern.
