Police/Fire/EMS - Nov. 7, 2012

ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 47 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Drunken driving on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;

-- Burglary on the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road, the 1700 block of West Lincoln Avenue, the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue, the 2300 block of Threadneedle Court, the 1600 block Devon Drive, the 2200 block of South Jackson Street and the 100 block of Mossydale Lane;

-- Battery on the 700 block of Dorsett Avenue, the 800 block of North Davis Street, the 800 block of South Maple Street and the 1900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

-- Disorderly conduct on the 500 block of West Fourth Avenue;

-- Aggravated assault on the 1100 block of West Lincoln Avenue;

--Theft by taking on the 1100 block of 13th Avenue, the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 600 block of Lippitt Drive and the 1100 block of West Eighth Avenue;

-- Theft of gas on the 1600 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

-- Motor vehicle theft on the 800 block of Willie Pitts Drive;

-- Assault (domestic) on the 700 block of Dartmouth Lane, the 900 block of Hobson Street and the 1400 block of Box Bottom Lane;

-- Burglary (domestic) on the 1400 block of Mulberry Avenue;

-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 300 block of Acorn Street, the 200 block of Slater King Drive, the 900 block of Indian Creek Drive, the 1700 block of West Broad Avenue, the first block of Morningside Drive and the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle.

DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 60 calls on Monday.

There were 46 medical calls, 13 trauma calls and a stand by for an event. Medical Calls and trauma calls included but were not limited to:

-- Nine respiratory calls, seven miscellaneous pain calls, two seizures, 20 various medical, five vehicle crash victims and three falls.

ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to eight incidents.

-- Five activated alarms, a tree limb fire, burning building material and unattended cooking.
