ALBANY, Ga. — Gary Sharod Walker, 38, pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of molesting a girl under the age of 16, Dougherty District Attorney Greg Edwards said.
The molestation had been going on since 2001 when the girl was about 4 years old, he added.
"We made no plea deal agreement," said Edwards. "Judge (Willie) Lockette gave him 40 years in prison. He will serve at least 90 percent of the sentence."

It will be a long time before this sicko even thinks about life outside of a prison.

Oh contraire, he will dream about it every night. The molesters tend to group up in a prison, sometimes housed together for their safety, and feed off of each others tales. There is very little chance the individual's urges will have changed by the time of release, and we are simply dumping him on some future generation. Even the Doctors say there is no helping them without medication you can't force them to take. The Death Penalty should apply in some cases, but the bleeding hearts don't see it. So we will spend a lot of money to house, clothe and feed this creep over at least the next thirty years.

I agree, Walt. There should be no "deals" made in cases like these. I believe when you hurt a helpless child like this turd has, you lose your right to a "deal." Judge Lockette is obviously a proponent of deals considering the "deal" that he received regarding the smack down that he put on his wife. We know and He knows that he got away with that one. I just feel sorry for the little girl and her family that have to carry this incident with them for the rest of their lives.

Judge Lockett is not the one who hit his wife. That was judge Weaver.

Sorry, my mistake. Sorry Judge Lockett.

That's okay Bulldawg, but judge lockette is the one who sends these criminals back on the streets to continue their life of crime.

This is disgusting!!! He should never see the light of day again!! Could someone please tell me why the system is so easy on pedophiles but someone who is convicted of something much less heinous will get life without parole!
