ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 40 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Disorderly conduct on the 2200 block of Habersham Road, the 1600 block of West Broad Avenue, the 1600 block of South Slappey Boulevard, the 900 block of West Whitney Avenue, the 1600 block of Schley Avenue and the 1200 block of West Broad Avenue;

-- Entering autos on the 800 block of Sixth Avenue and the 2000 block of Dawson Road;

-- Burglary on the 200 block of Cone Street;

-- Thefts by taking on the 1900 block of Dawson Road and the 200 block of North Monroe Street;

-- Theft by conversion on the 2200 block of Robin Hood Drive;

-- Rape on the 1200 block of Gillionville Road;

-- Assaults (domestic) on the 2000 block of Tompkins Avenue, the 2400 block of Dawson Road and the 300 block of West Mercer Avenue;

-- Terroristic threats and acts, vandalism, assault (domestic) on the 200 block of Marie Road;

-- Domestic call (verbal) on the 1000 block of West Mercer Avenue;

-- Theft/robbery (domestic) on the 1600 block of Gardner Drive;

-- Battery (domestic) on the 500 block of South Shadowlawn Avenue, the 300 block of Sixth Avenue and the 1800 block of Seay Court;

-- Domestic calls (unfounded) on the 2000 block of Beachview Drive, the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and the 1600 block of 11th Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 17 calls Monday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Juvenile charged with terroristic threats and criminal trespass on the 4700 block of Cooper Street;

-- Wanted person arrested on active warrant, pedestrian under the influence and obstruction of an officer on the 600 block of Gable Road;

-- Traffic crash on State Highway 133 at County Line Road;

-- Identity theft on the 1500 block of Broach Avenue;

-- Theft of pecans on the 700 block of Cordele Road;

-- Sexual battery on the 5400 block of Newton Road.

ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to 13 incidents Minday, including a structure fire, two power lines down, an active fire alarm, a trash bin fire, four EMS assists, two false alarms, an unauthorized burn and a vehicle fire.
