CAMILLA -- Harry W. Taylor, DVM, 77, of Tallahassee, FL and Pelham, GA, died Friday, November 9, 2012 at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Ga.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home with interment in Pinecrest Memory Gardens in Pelham. Ronnie Morrell will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons, Nicholas Cook, Dillon Cook, Tyler Thomas, Kyle Curry and Spencer Pilkinton, Gregg Pilkinton, Aubrey Taylor, John Taylor and Tim Aselton.
Born September 7, 1935 in Pelham, GA, Harry was the son of the late C. Aubrey and Frances Gurley Taylor. He was a farmer and retired veterinarian. He attended ABAC and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Veterinary Medicine.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Singletary Taylor of Tallahassee, FL; daughters, Debbie Cook (Gary) of Tallahassee, FL and Lynn Thomas (Danny) of Tallahassee FL; sons, Harry Keith Taylor (Peggy) of Jacksonville, FL.
and Paul Taylor (Lauran) of Havana FL; a sister, Charlotte Taylor of Pelham, GA.; brothers Cullis Taylor (Beverly) and Johnny Taylor (Susan) all of Pelham, GA; grandchildren, Amanda Thomas Crouch (Brad), Kyle Curry, Nicholas Cook, Dillon Cook and Tyler Thomas.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2012 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home.
