Stanfield Hicks
ALBANY, Ga. — Police would like the community’s help in locating 32-year-old Stanfield Hicks, a 6-foot-tall, black man weighing about 130 pounds, an Albany Police Department report stated.
According to the report, at about 11:45 p.m. Sept. 16 Hicks threatened people with a handgun on the 1900 block of Flintlock Drive. He left the scene and returned without a gun and slapped a womans’s face.
