Cars lined Radium Springs Road near Sands Drive Thursday to take advantage of Petro's $2.89-per-gallon customer appreciation event. While the Radium Springs Road event ended at 11 a.m., the Petro in Leesburg near Walnut Street is offering discounted gas from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. this afternoon.
Petro South officials say they lower prices periodically at the 350-plus retailers that offer Petro fuel products as a way to thank their customers and to grab new ones.
