ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 31 incidents Wednesday into the early hours of Thursday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Drunken driving on the 100 block of South Washington Street;
— Burglaries on the 2800 block of Sylvester Road, the 800 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and the 500 block of North Jackson Street;
— Disorderly conduct on the 2800 block of Sylvester Road and the 1100 block of 10th Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 1000 block of West Whitney Avenue;
— Theft by conversion on the 100 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Entering autos on the 3100 block of Fernridge Drive and the 100 block of Courtney Court;
— Leaving the scene of an accident on the 1400 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Aggravated assault on the 200 block of Edison Drive;
— Interference with a city officer on the 1500 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Domestic calls (unfounded) on the 1500 block of Taft Street, the 400 block of Heard Avenue, the 1800 block of Marbury Lane and the 700 block of West Society Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 14 calls Wednesday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Vehicle crashes into deer on the 2800 block of Tarva Road and the 7500 block of Gillionville Road;
— Burglary, theft of cases of alcohol and a shotgun, on the 4000 block of Moultrie Road;
— Vehicle crash on the 1500 block of Moultrie Road;
— Entering auto on the 4800 block of Impala Lane;
— Theft of a vehicle tag on the 3000 block of East Park Court.
ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to nine incidents Wednesday, including gas odor, a grass fire, a structure fire, four alarm malfunctions, a power line down and a water heater malfunction.
