ALBANY -- Barbara Faye Grant, 55, of Albany died Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday November 19, 2012 at New Direction Christian Church, 1109 Centennial Avenue. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at 1202 Colquitt Avenue.
