Dorothy Elizabeth Griffin Hudgins

CAMILLA -- Dorothy Elizabeth Griffin Hudgins, 83, of Leary, died Monday, November 19, 2012 at Pioneer Community Hospital in Blakely.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 21 at Milford Baptist Church with interment in Morgan-Hudgins Cemetery. Rev. Joel Hudgins and Rev. Preston Wilson will officiate.

Pallbearers will include grandsons, Oliver Sindersine, James Hudgins, Justin Sindersine, Rex Hudgins, Andrew Sindersine, and Jared Dean.

Born February 1, 1929 in Baker County, Mrs. Hudgins was the daughter of the late Richard Waldren and Alma Etheridge Griffin. She was married to the late James Lamar "K.O." Hudgins, Sr. Mrs. Hudgins was a homemaker and a member of Milford Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Lamar Hudgins & wife, Wanda, of Albany and Hardy Hudgins & wife, Susan, of Patmos; one daughter, Lynn Sindersine & husband, O. C., of Albany; one sister, Nellie Dyer & husband, Clyde, of Live Oak, FL; seven grandchildren, Elizabeth Reale, James Hudgins (Ruth), Oliver Sindersine (Dee), Justin Sindersine (Amy), Andrew Sindersine (Jessica), Rex Hudgins (Kristen), and Mandy Hudgins Dean (Jared); thirteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m., Tuesday, November 20 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.
