ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police have arrested two men in a forgery case at the Albany Mall and are asking for the public's help in locating a third suspect.
The APD last week arrested Brian Jeremy White, 21, in the 2400 block of West Alberson Drive and Dominique Rashad Thomas, 21, in the 500 block of Ebony Drive. The police are seeking Adrionna Holmes, 21 in connection with the case.
Police charge that Holmes and Thomas bought a $350 purse with counterfeit bills at a store in the mall. White returned the purse to the establishment an hour later and received a refund in real money, police say.
Both men are charged with first degree forgery and are currently being held without bond in the Dougherty County Jail.
Holmes, who is also charged with forgery, remains at large. Anyone who has information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS or the Albany Police Department.

Could be a way to create a legal technicality for your attorney to use to get you off!? Slump down in one and stand on tippy toes in the other "Your honor there is a legal technicality here that should get my client's case dismissed"
