ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to an early morning shooting Sunday on the 1500 of Gillespie Avenue.
The APD reported that a fight broke out at 3:48 a.m. Sunday during a house party. At some point, someone fired several shots at a blue Chrysler 300, which was occupied by two people.
No one in the car was injured.
One person was taken to the Law Enforcement Center for questioning, but no charges have been filed.
The case is active and remains under investigation.

What the hell was a party going on at 3:48 AM on a Sunday morning? Seems the police should have shut this down long before 3:48 A M....
