COLQUITT -- Alex Jay, 86, of Newton, passed on November 23, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Hospital. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at New Salem C.M.A in Elmodale, GA with interment in the Church Cemetery.
