ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 19 incidents Thursday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Recovered property, a 9mm-caliber Luger bullet casing on the 600 block of Sands Drive;
— Theft by taking on the 200 block of Thornton Drive, and the 900 block of Mercedes Street;
— Aggravated assault, pointing a gun at another arrest on the 1800 block of 29th Street;
— Entering auto on the 300 block of Cordele Road;
— Burglary on the 2300 block of Pearce Avenue;
— Interference with a city officer on the 2700 block of Ledo Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Domestic on the 1000 block of Huff Lane;
— Domestic (unfounded) on the 1100 block of Avalon Avenue and the 2100 block of Clark Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 14 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
— Family violence (verbal) on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;
— Family violence(physical) on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;
— Sexual assault of a female on the 5600 block of Newton Road;
— Vehicle crash, avoided deer and ran off road on the 4600 block of Leary Road;
— Arrest for theft of less than $100 on the 4400 block of Acree Avenue;
— Theft of less than $100 on the 3000 block of Clark Avenue.
DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 45 calls on Thursday.
There were 38 medical calls and seven trauma calls. Medical Calls and trauma calls included, but were not limited to:, six chest pain calls, four respiratory issues, four altered mental status, 18 various medical calls, five falls and one fight/assault.
