ALBANY -- Mrs. Pommie lee Hightower White, 90, of Albany departed this life on September 30, 2012 at Palmyra Nursing Home here in Albany. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 3:00 PM from Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church at 143 Mt. Pleasant road in Lee County with the burial to follow in the church cemetery.
The remains of Mrs. White will lie in state at the church on Saturday evening from 2:30 PM until the funeral hour.
