ALBANY -- Mrs. Ginger Hall Banks, of Lee County died Monday, October 08, 2012 at Phoebe Sumter Hospital in Americus.
Her funeral service will be Thursday 2 PM at Kimbrell-Stern with interment in Crown Hill Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6 to 8 PM at Kimbrell-Stern.
A native of Talladega, AL, Mrs. Banks had lived in the Albany and Leesburg area most of her life. She owned and operated Ginger Bread House Daycare Center. She loved her family, her Ginger Bread House family and children and attended Family Bible Church.
Survivors include her husband Dana Banks, Lee County; son Mickey Banks (Karen), Lee County; daughter Sonya B. Simon (Todd Fisher), Leesburg; grandchildren, Taylor Simon, Caitlin Cox, Mason Simon, Jordan Banks, Colt Banks, Makenna Fisher; sisters, Bonnie Sanders (Tommy), Leesburg, Cathy Emmons (Andy), Leesburg and many nieces and nephews.
