BAINBRIDGE -- Charles "Chuck" Hartzog, 57, of Brinson, GA, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Noland Hospital in Dothan, AL.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 12, 2012 at Attapulgus Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ray Dawson and Rev. Roy Matthews officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Ivey Funeral Home. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com.
