ALBANY — Lenvince Trashun Cutliff faces a trial after Wednesday’s grand jury indictments
for three counts of insurance fraud and three counts of forgery, according to court paperwork.
Court documents contend Cutliff tried to obtain insurance policies on three women from AFLAC insurance by signing the women’s names on applications. No further information was immediately available.
