ALBANY -- Ms. Ozzie Seay, 94, of Albany died Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Wynfield Park Health & Rehabilitation Nursing Home.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete but will be announced later by Martin Luther King Funeral Directors.
