Police/Fire/EMS reports for Oct. 19
ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 60 incidents Thursday and into the early hours of Friday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Drunken driving on the 100 and the 600 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
-- Burglary on the 2000 block of West Broad Avenue, the 1000 block of Wingate Avenue, the 1600 block of Camp Lane, the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle, the 200 block of Monarch Drive and the 700 block of 16th Avenue;
-- Entering auto on the 500 block of Mitchell Avenue, the 100 block of Ball Park Lane, the 1900 block of Bucks Lane and the 500 block of Eighth Avenue;
-- Hit and run on an unattended vehicle on the 200 block of North Mock Road;
-- Interference with a city officer on the 2700 block of Lionel Road and the 200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
-- Theft by taking on the 700 block of Colquitt Circle, the 1700 block of Pine Knoll Lane, the 400 block of Florence Drive, the 1000 block of Pine Avenue, the 300 block of Carriage Lane and the 1300 block of West Lincoln Avenue;
-- Motor vehicle theft on the 100 block of Philema Road;
-- Battery on the 500 block of Eighth Avenue, the 2200 block of Horsham Road and the 500 block of North Central Street;
-- Disorderly conduct on the 200 block of West Broad Avenue;
-- Assault (domestic) on the 2700 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 2600 block of Gillionville Road and the 500 block of Ninth Avenue;
-- Vandalism (domestic) on the 200 block of Barton Avenue;
-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 200 block of West Fourth Avenue, the 300 block of Moultrie Road, the 1900 block of Keystone Avenue, the 100 block of Whittlesey Court and the 2400 block of Nottingham Way.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least seven calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents, including:
-- Burglary on the 1900 block of South County Line Road;
-- Vehicle crash, driver injured on the 2800 block of Cordele Road.
DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 51 calls on Thursday.
There were 42 medical calls and nine trauma calls. Medical Calls and trauma calls included but were not limited to:
-- Eleven respiratory issues, five chest pains, four miscellaneous pain calls, 20 various medical calls, four falls and three vehicle crash calls.
ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to four incidents, including two activated alarms, a vehicle crash with extrication and a trash can fire.
