Notes: Observed milk in reach in cooler cold holding at above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC adjusted the thermostat on cooler and will use the milk within the hour. New Violation; observed hand washing sink at cake making station that has been converted to a prep sink without removing the soap and paper towels. New Violation; observed containers of sugar without labeling. PIC will label the plastic bulk containers of sugar; observed outdoor storage shed not accessible for inspection (locked, no key).
