Pay attention to the wording on your next Social Security check. It is now being called a “Federal Benefit Payment.” Why are the Feds changing the wording? To gradually condition everyone into accepting the idea that the Social Security tax we have been illegally forced into paying is nothing more than a government benefit, a benefit that Congress can take away anytime they please.
Social Security is nothing more than a wealth redistribution scheme. The government forcibly takes from one group of people (those working) to give to another group of people (retirees). Nowhere in the Constitution is the government given the power to force people to participate in a retirement program, therefore Social Security is unconstitutional/illegal. Unfortunately, most people either don’t know or don’t care. As long as they feel like they’re getting back from Social Security what they put into it, they’re happy. And how many “judges” will rule against a defendant who has tried to challenge this in court? How many jurors will vote “guilty” against someone who challenges this in court, simply because the defendant wasn’t paying his/her “fair share”? After all, if those jurors were too ignorant to read the Constitution and they have to pay their “fair share,” then so should that scumbag defendant.
I hope we keep this in mind when the day comes that Congress either stops the “Federal Benefit Payments” altogether or our dollars become so inflated that our Federal Benefit Payments do a better job of buying us a cup of coffee than supporting us in retirement.
