Squawk of the day - Oct. 24, 2012

"After watching all three debates, three things were obvious: One of them looks like a president, the other looks like a community organizer who has failed at his job and America needs an American in charge."

Wow, six straight Obama squawks. I wonder if tomorrow will be lucky number seven?

One can only beat a dead horse so many times...

2

PatrickY2K 1 year, 5 months ago

....but the same people will make the same comments for the sixth straight day!

2

chinaberry25 1 year, 5 months ago

America has been duped and lied to for the last four years and we are tired of it. God will bring out Christians like never before. The Muslim in office will be sent back to corrupt Chicago and Oprah. Glad she is gone too.

2

billybob 1 year, 5 months ago

Why didn't god bring out the Christians in 2008?

0

Sherwood_Eagle_Alum 1 year, 5 months ago

BillyBob is to Christian topics as Coach is to all other topics. Please do not respond to his nonsense. He is simply looking to stir the pot.

2

billybob 1 year, 5 months ago

Nice way to avoid addressing the issue. Chinaberry claimed god would bring out the Christians like never before. If that is what one believes, then why didn't god bring out the Christians in 2012? Why did he sit out the 2008 election?

Careful, waltspecht, eight sounds like re-election as in 4+4= 8 years?

0

there's a lot of dead horses around albany that need beating......

2

Sherwood_Eagle_Alum 1 year, 5 months ago

Do you understand what that saying means?

0

RedEric 1 year, 5 months ago

When Romney wins we still need the state of Georgia petition at the supreme court to define 'natural born citizen' so this crap doesn't happen again. When it is clarified as BOTH parents are citizens then the democratic party should be strongly censured for running an ineligible candidate. In 2007 or so Bill Clinton said Obama wasn't qualified, so why did the Demos run him?

1

Jimboob 1 year, 5 months ago

Where in the Constitution of the United States of America does it mention the citizenship of parents?

0

RedEric 1 year, 5 months ago

The president shall be a natural born citizen. I found three references in the federalist papers that natural born citizen meant both parents were citizens. Liberals claim the 14th amendment changed that. It needs to be clairified.

2

alleebrin 1 year, 5 months ago

Why are you people so concerned about your vote? The electoral college determines the persident; your vote ain't worth a plug nickel! But you oughta vote so you can complain when it's over.

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

If our vote isn't worth a plug nickel then why should anybody bother voting?

1

billybob 1 year, 5 months ago

The federalist papers are not legislation. They are not law.

After watching the debates, it is clear who is the most knowledgeable and respected. This country was in a terrible state of affairs when Obama took office from BUSH and he has done a good job in trying to repair the recession Bush policies brought here. He saved General Motors while killing Osama Bin Laden and many other dangerous terrorists around the world. Romney is a flip-flopper was whipped so badly in the last debate, he started agreeing with Obama! (I guess now he is a democrat) He has no economic plan other than helping rich people stay rich and cutting many needed programs. He has no idea what he is talking about when it comes to foreign policy and could possibly involve our military in another unnecessary war like his big brother BUSH did. Obama laid the smack down on Romney again in the last two debates, and he will win this election as the people in the progressive states of America will vote him back in office. Have no fear, Obama is here!

@ Coach ,unemployment for the black man is at an all time high under this president and yet we get your gibberish with no reasoning why you support him.

Unemployment for the black man or woman is always lower when a Republican is president.

Facts are facts and yet you ignore them. Racist much?

4

Fletch 1 year, 5 months ago

... "Barry Hussein" ... only "saved" the unions, yo. ... What's this kid got against "rich" people? ... Does he NOT want people to become "rich"?! ... Another glaring example of someone on the govt. dole and wanting more of other people's wealth. Sad really ... and immoral too ...

1

coachjohnson42 1 year, 5 months ago

Who cares about unemployment based on race? I dont....as long as all Americans have a fair opportunity to be employed with fair wages.....I'm good!

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

Yeah you wouldn't care about employment since you get that guvment check!

0

chinaberry25 1 year, 5 months ago

I wish we were in that terrible state of affairs again. Most Americans would be more than willing to accept $1.87 for gas. And trillions less in spending. Hell, we would even accept a budget.

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

As Patrick said above, some people will make the same stupid comments for six days in a row. Coach proved him right.

3

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

I wasn't aware that Obama killed Osama Bin Laden, I thought the Navy seals did that. The only thing Obama is killing is this country.

2

coachjohnson42 1 year, 5 months ago

Who do you think gave the order to get Osama Bin Laden dummy????

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

You said Obuma killed Bin Laden dumb@$$. There is a difference between killing someone and giving orders for someone else to kill them. Besides, Gomer Pyle could have been president and gave out those orders. It isn't anything great Obama did. If Obama went in there and singlehandedly got Bin Laden then I would be impressed.

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

You need to read that article by Thomas Sowell Coach. As he says, Osama Bin Laden had already been located, why wouldn't he give orders to get him?

0

bubbasmithredneck 1 year, 5 months ago

Obama rocks!! He has made a great comeback and is showing America who the real BIG CHIEF is......He Governor Romney...."we have fewer horses and bayonets".......and your math does not add up!!!!

1

Fletch 1 year, 5 months ago

... Keeps on tokin', yo. ... Yooz ain't high enough quite yet. ....

0

chinaberry25 1 year, 5 months ago

So do ESP children, rocking that is, are you going to run them for president?

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

Coach, you already made your stupiud comment above, no need to go under the name of BSR to post more stupid comments.

2

jglass 1 year, 5 months ago

I would like someone to "list" all of Obama's POSITIVE accomplishments the past 4 years. I am having a hard time with people saying he is so good. The first thing I remember him doing is giving a bank some big bucks, the bank gave that money out for bonuses, and they went on extravagant vacations. How has he done a better job by getting us more trillions of dollars in debt, and handing out more freebies, food stamps and welfare, cell phones, etc.?

4

Fletch 1 year, 5 months ago

... Gas prices went from $1.87gal when he was selected to over $3.60gal in less than four years. ... Quite an accomplishment, I'd say! ...

3

chinaberry25 1 year, 5 months ago

Yes, and the price increase is all his fault. He does not want the pipeline and picked the green energy and an 8th grader could have warned him of this poor decision. It was all politics and have not one of the American people in his sight. He could care less. As long as Michelle has her ugly clothes and vacations.

President Obama has a long-term economic plan to invest in education, small businesses, clean energy, infrastructure, and tax cuts for companies that bring jobs back to the U.S. Under President Obama, we've seen 31 straight months of job growth, adding 5.2 million private sector jobs, including nearly 500,000 manufacturing jobs – the most growth since 1997

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

Long term plan? How long 5o years? Meanwhile a company just announced they were laying off several employees due to the bad economy. Obama is just using recycled promises from his last campaign that he did not fulfill.

2

Racc 1 year, 5 months ago

@jglass, notice how no one can come with the list you requested!! Obama, so loves the poor, that he created more!!!!

1

Clif 1 year, 5 months ago

You are SOOOO right.....and when did a poor person ever give anyone a job?????

1

FryarTuk 1 year, 5 months ago

If you hate Obama after four years you're gonna despise Romney after his first term. Two peas in a pod. One's a community organizer the other is a missionary to France. By the way in an international poll showing approval ratings for Obama and Romney, Romney was favored in only one nation - Pakistan. What's the cyber saying? ROTFLMAO! Obama beat him in every one even Israel and France where Mittens hid out during the Viet Nam War. So much for Romney looking presidential. He really is a bumbling dweeb, a rich one but he is a dweeb. You right wingnuts have chosen a real minch. He urinated all over your legs in the last debate reversing everything you and he espoused (until he reversed his liberal itinerary earlier).

You see where we are with the community ogranizing whiz. Two peas in a pod. Enough said, write in Ron Paul, the only reasonable choice.

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

You have to have one or the other, just have to pick the lesser of two evils.

2

Jacob 1 year, 5 months ago

FT, I don't know who you believe you are impressing with your smug diatribes that you spew at every opportunity, but you may as not vote at all if you cast your ballot for r.p. Honestly, you sound delusional to even consider that choice. Go ahead, though, waste your vote. Based on your failed logic, most of us feel better that you won't actually have a say in this race anyway.

2

Fletch 1 year, 5 months ago

.... Ha! ... Of course Obama is favored in international polls, genius! ... He has also received support from Chavez, Castro, Ahmadinejad, and countless other socialist, dictating rulers. ... THIS is all the evidence you need. .... Jeez! ... How do some of you type wearing a straight jacket?! ... Incredible that someone would say that Barry Hussein leads in international polls ... That's like being the best dressed woman in radio. ... Ahem... ANYONE who leads in an international poll is all the evidence needed to vote in the opposite ...

1

FryarTuk 1 year, 5 months ago

Fletch, I could care less what polls the rascal Obama leads in. The point is after the debates and after his disastrous campaign fund raising trip abroad Romney impresses the world like a mole with 2 arses. So much for his looking presidential. The devil can take him and Ob1. Ron Paul has more intelligence in his little finger than the two of them combined.

Im so sick of hearing people talk about there are no jobs, been out of work for 2+years ect. I just graduated college and was hired at the first job I applied for. If you have been out of work for a period of time maybe you should use that as an opportunity to go back to school. If your having trouble feeding and clothing your children because you dont have a job or an education, McDonalds is always hiring. Dont complain about your situation if you havent done anything to make it better. I dont think either canidate is much better than the other but if Obama is re-elected blame the republicans for not choosing a better opponate to run against him. Im not rich by far and I have recieved public assistance before so I concider myself apart of that 47% Romney was talking about. There a plenty of jobs out there, just maybe not jobs that you are qualified for.

3

Witchita 1 year, 5 months ago

You must be the Fry Cook at McDonalds. Pleanty of people with degress that cannot find employment, You're fortunate and inconsiderate to brag like this and be so condesending.

4

SMHgain 1 year, 5 months ago

you just graduated from college?

2

Sherwood_Eagle_Alum 1 year, 5 months ago

I know quite a few people with BA's and MBA's who are having a hard time finding work. You are the outlier we learned about in Statistics 101 and not a part of the "norm." The market is flooded with unemployed individuals who are educated by good universities. Based on your horrendous spelling and grammar, I am sure that you graduated from a two-year college and not a four-year university.

Congratulations on your $30K a year job out of college. You are doing so much better now than the rest of us did at your age. You are giving college graduates a bad name. Please refrain from making uninformed statements.

1

scooby62 1 year, 5 months ago

I graduated in June with Honors and haven't got a job yet! My husband just lost a job he had for 7 years as a mechanic on Base and can't get another one yet. Did I also mention that we are not spring chickens anymore?

1

Sherwood_Eagle_Alum 1 year, 5 months ago

You are not alone, scooby. Don't get discouraged.

1

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

Can't you ever say something original coach. Same old stupid stuff over and over. You wouldn't know anything about jobs.

0

danielle1 1 year, 5 months ago

Umm thats exactly my point "spring chickens" if your current degree or job skill isnt helping you become employed, go back to school and learn something that will! Yall remind me of minoritys crying about discrimination "oh i cant get a job because im black or, i can get a job because im mexican, blah, blah, blah. I guess the "new" thing is "oh i cant get a job or go back to school because im old". Regardless of my spelling OR my annual income you got the point and, I have a job. Go try Walmart, they hire elderly and the mentally disabled. A job is a job, and in case you people havent noticed a lot of 2 year degrees have higher job placement than 4 year degrees. My mother had the same job for 30 years, lost that job and was offered a better one 3 months later and she is no "spring chicken" either. Rather than do something about your situation just get online and complain about it day after day, thatll show em for sure.

It never was about Romney. It was about getting Obama out of the Whitehouse to stop the harm he was doing. Thank goodness the Dems lost the House in 2010. I only hope that the damage can be repaired. Our children will be paying for his fiscal recklessness. He ran up the largest debt in US history and then he has the gall to give campaign speeches about our massive debt load. He has the uncanny ability to tell a bald faced lie with a straight face. No. We must get him out while the nation is still salvagable.

2

FryarTuk 1 year, 5 months ago

Well, someone tells the truth about the 2 choices - It was never about Romney. So you admit you never looked at this guy to see what he is. Well, you just gonna get worse than the last four years. Romney's advisors are the folks that got us in this mess. Point! Game! Set! Match! Write in Ron Paul, tell the multinational corporations you're mad as hell and aint gonna take it anymore!

0

Cartman 1 year, 5 months ago

Yeah. Write in Ron Paul. Obama thanks you for your vote.

0

Sherwood_Eagle_Alum 1 year, 5 months ago

Writing in Ron Paul would be like have match point, and double faulting to lose serve.

0

FryarTuk 1 year, 5 months ago

Bible schooler, have you ever thought about reading what you write before posting a comment?

0

bubbavet 1 year, 5 months ago

I am taking bets on Da crotch and his fools on the number one excuse when Obuma loses. Mine is "day stoles it frum us"

1

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

My guess is racial conspiracy!

1

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

Latest CNN Poll Shows Romney 48% Obuma 47%.

0

Sister_Ruby 1 year, 5 months ago

I already voted for Romney and thought his debate performance was presidential, even keeled, and have turned this race into a toss-up. I do hope that Dick Morris is right and that Romney achieves over 300 electoral college votes. As we know, the overall popular vote and polls mean nothing as far as becoming President.

I can't wait till Obama and company head back to Chicago and prepare for His Ascension to Secretary General of the United Nations. Oh yes, that's gonna happen even though it requires a Rules Change to allow it. But allow it they will and He will. That's His Next Step towards becoming the biblical Anti-Christ.

1

Witchita 1 year, 5 months ago

DOes anyone make the connection between Obama, Jollievette and Dumb as a brick Coach Johnson. All Black, all Ignorant, all play the race card and all ripping off the public. It pays to be black and ignorant.

1

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

I wouldn't want to be Da Corch no matter how much it pays.

1

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

The President was out campaigning the day after the Libya attack. The sad thing is they knew it was an Al-Qaeda attack and not some protest over that film. Does this sound like a president that cares about his country? He was more concerned about his re-election than those Americans getting killed.

2

Cartman 1 year, 5 months ago

Obama lies even when he doesn't have to.

1

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

Now a major company announced they are laying off employees due to the slow economy. I thought Obama's TV commercials said the assembly lines were humming again. More false advertisements?

0

bubbasmithredneck 1 year, 5 months ago

Donald Trump is trying to stir up more Drama to stop Obama........sorry Fox News!!! It wont happen!!! hahahaha

0

VSU 1 year, 5 months ago

Be quiet coach! Posting as coachjohnson and bubbasmithredneck only makes you look twice as stupid.

1

alleebrin 1 year, 5 months ago

Won't happen? It already has. Anyone with nothing to hide would jump on that one with all feet! Five million dollars? Are you kidding? But then you can't produce something you don't have.
