No one was inside the home at 1301 Eager Drive when it caught fire, and fire officials have not determined the cause of the fire, Battalion Chief Keith Ambrose says.
Firefighters were able to isolate the fire to one wing of the brick home. An early estimate of the damage puts it around $30,000 to $40,000, Ambrose said.
