Albany names city manager finalists April 24, 2015


Farris Ruben Teasley

ALBANY -- Mr. Farris Ruben Teasley, 90, of Jacksonville, Florida died Sunday, October 28, 2012 at his residence. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Riverside Cemetery with Rev. Allen Bingham officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00 PM at Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Directors.

Mr. Teasley was born July 26, 2012 at Pine Mountain, Georgia to the late Mack Clone Teasley and Berter Mae Milling. He retired from the Civil Service and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was proud to be a supporter of Billy Graham for 65 years.

He is survived by numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by two brothers Jack Columbus Teasley , Mack Irving Teasley and a special lifelong friend Sara Clough.
