ALBANY — Albany police reports state that officers responded to six open container and underage alcohol possession incidents and a curfew violation Saturday. There were two possession of alcohol by minors calls, one curfew violation, two open containers at 631 West Broad, Club NYSE and two open containers in Charley B’s parking lot at 2401 Dawson St.
Albany police responded to at least 48 incidents Friday into the early hours of Saturday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Disorderly conduct on the 2500 block of Cherokee Avenue and the 300 block of Flintside Drive;
— Entering auto on the 900 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 1500 block of Martha Street, the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 2600 block of Dawson Road and the 2800 block of Gillionville Road;
— Prostitution on the 800 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Forgery on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Battery on the 1300 block of East residence Avenue;
— Theft of services on the 1200 block of Towering Pines lane;
— Aggravated sodomy on the 2700 block of Dawson Road;
— Possession of less than an ounce of marijuana on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;
— Recovered property, a bicycle on the 2200 block of Dawson Road;
— Assault (domestic) on the 1700 block of East Broad Avenue, the 400 block of West Society Avenue, the 300 block of Crossing Drive and the 500 block of North Central Avenue;
— Battery (domestic) on the 2200 block of Clark Avenue and the 200 block of Telfair Avenue;
— Threats (domestic) on the 300 block of Vintage Road;
— Aggravated stalking, criminal trespass, battery (domestic) on the 600 block of Flint Avenue;
— Domestic (unfounded) on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive, the 700 block of Mobile Avenue, the 700 block of West Highland Avenue, the 1700 block of East Broad avenue and the 2300 block of North Davis Street.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 34 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
— Family violence (verbal) on the 3400 block of Sweetbrier Road and the 2500 block of Big Oak Court;
— Burglary on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road and the 2800 block of Moultrie Road;
— Vehicle crash on the 1500 block of Nelms Road;
— Drunken driving, single vehicle crash on the 2300 block of Moultrie Road.
