RICHLAND -- Willie Ruth Scott, 62, of Chicago, IL died Monday, September 10, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from Mt. Mckeithan Baptist Church in Omaha, GA with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
