Police/Fire/EMS - Sept. 19, 2012

ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 40 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Burglary on the 1900 block of West Broad Avenue, the 2200 block of Clark Avenue, the 700 block of West Highland Avenue and the 100 block of Adelyn Road;

-- Entering auto on the 1800 block of Edgerly Avenue, the 800 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 900 block of Edgewood Lane, the 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 1100 block of Gillionville Road, the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive and the 900 block of Randolph Street;

-- Theft by taking on the 700 block of West Second Avenue, the 2100 block of Tompkins Avenue and the 800 block of West Mercer Avenue;

-- Disorderly conduct on the 500 block of South Cleveland Street and the 2700 block of Dawson Road;

-- Missing juvenile on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue;

-- Aggravated assault on the 100 block of Wescott Lane;

-- False name and date of birth reported to officer on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

-- Dog at large with no rabies tag on the 900 block of Rood Street;

-- Forgery on the 900 block of West Second Avenue;

-- Missing person on the 800 block of 16th Avenue;

-- Injured person on the 800 block of 16th Avenue;

-- Theft (domestic) on the 2600 block of Colonial Drive;

-- Assault (domestic) on the 2800 block of Sylvester Road and the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue;

-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 400 block of Florence Drive.

DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 63 calls on Monday.

There were 43 medical calls and 20 trauma calls. Medical Calls and trauma calls included but were not limited to:

-- Seven miscellaneous pain calls, four chest pains, four respiratory issues, 23 various medical calls, 16 vehicle crash victims and six falls.
