ALBANY According to Albany Police Department reports, a gunman fired three shots and demanded money after walking into the Subway restaurant at 912 S. Slappey Blvd. at 9:25 p.m. Thursday.
A clerk gave him cash and he ran away, reports said. There were two employees in the restaurant at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported, APD said.
The gunman was described as a black male approximately 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, brown boots and a long-sleeved shirt. His face was covered with a T-shirt that was gray or black.
