ALBANY, Ga. -- An intoxicated woman wearing only a black bra was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital about 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, stated an Albany Police Department report.

The woman was found lying in the back seat of a tan, 2000 Mitsubishi Gallant on the 2400 block of Sylvester Road by an officer responding to a call about an unwanted guest.

DOGS RESCUED: Police reports stated that animal control staff responded to 708 N. Jackson St. in regard to a complaint about inhumane treatment of dogs. Three dogs were kept in a pen with the ground covered in feces, mud and flies.

People contacted at the address stated they knew the owner of the dogs only as Pamela, reports said. "They didn't know how to contact (Pamela) due to her profession as prostitute she would not be in one place all the time," the report stated.

The dogs were taken to the Albany Humane Society.

ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 52 incidents Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Burglary on the 400 block of Ebony Lane, the 1200 block of West Lincoln Avenue, the 1700 block of 1700 Shoreham Drive, the 1200 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 1200 block of 11th Avenue;

-- Disorderly conduct on the 800 block of South Maple Street, the 1700 block of South Owens Street and the 800 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

-- Deceased person on the 600 block of 16th Avenue;

-- Financial transaction card fraud on the 2400 block of Gillionville Road;

-- Forgery on the 900 block of Moultrie Road;

-- Fight on the 600 block of West Society Avenue;

-- Financial card theft on the 1700 block of South Madison Street;

-- Two dogs at large on the 1400 block of Elva Street;

-- Dog at large on the 900 block of Jeffries Avenue and the 600 block of Madison Street;

-- Curfew for minors violation on the 100 block of South Harding Street;

-- Theft by taking on the 500 block of Emily Avenue and the 1000 block of South Jefferson Street;

-- Injured person, dog bite on the 1900 block of Riverview Circle;

-- Larceny (domestic) on the 1600 block of Maryland Drive;

-- Assault (domestic) on the 400 block of West Tift Avenue and the 1000 block of Swift Street;

-- Battery (domestic) on the 800 block of South Harding Street;

-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 700 block of Bobbitt Drive, the 200 block of West Tift Avenue, the 400 block of Wadkins Avenue and the 1600 block of Maryland Drive.

DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 57 calls on Monday.

There were 44 medical calls, 12 trauma calls and one assist Albany Fire Department. Medical Calls and trauma calls included, but were not limited to, 10 chest pains, six respiratory issues, two faintings, 19 various medical calls, five vehicle crash victims and three falls.

ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to six incidents, including an activated alarm, a cardiac arrest call, two unattended cooking and two false alarms.
