ALBANY, Ga. -- A Georgia Bureau of Investigation report Wednesday stated that a medical examiner using dental records officially identified Taylor Clayton Terrell as the body recovered from the Flint River on Sept. 18.
Earlier, the GBI listed Terrell's cause of death as drowning. The manner of death remains part of the investigation, officials said. The Albany State University sophomore's death remains under investigation by the Albany State University Police Department, the Albany Police Department and the GBI office in Sylvester.
