Kezia Shenee Morris is a 32-year-old black female, 5 feet 4, 146 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her last known address is 2046 N. Riverview Circle, Albany. Morrison has active arrest warrants for theft by deception and probation violation — two counts. She is also wanted for questioning by the Dougherty County Sheriff’s office.
