Calling police gets home owner arrested

ALBANY — A home invasion Thursday took an ironic twist, leading to the arrest on drug charges of the resident himself.
Tommy Bryant, 23, of 2319 Katy Court, stated to officers of the Albany Police Department that around 5:15 p.m. Thursday, two black males forced their way through the front door of his home. According to Bryant’s report, one male was wearing a tan hoodie and the other, a white hoodie. One of the invaders was waving a handgun, Bryant told police.
Police officials say the invaders, who according to Bryant, left with cash and a 32 inch flat screen television, will be charged with burglary in the 1st degree and armed robbery
