Police/Fire/EMS report for April 13, 2013

ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 28 incidents on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Entering auto on the 2000 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 900 block of Mercedes Street, the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 1100 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Aggravated assault on the 100 block of East Road;

— Burglary 2nd degree on the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 1400 block of Dawson Road and the 900 block of West Roosevelt Avenue;

— Theft by taking on the 500 block of 16th Avenue and the 2500 block of Dawson Road;

— Suspended license at 8th Avenue and Slappey Boulevard and the 1700 block of East Oglethorpe;

— Misuse of 911 on the 1300 block of South Jefferson Street;

— Murder on the 200 block of Cone Street;

— Disorderly conduct on the 2000 block of Nottingham Way, the 600 block of 11th Avenue and the 2700 block of Dawson Road;

— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 900 block of North Davis Street and the 400 block of Alice Avenue;

— Battery on the 1900 block of South Madison Street and the 400 block of West Society Avenue;

— Public indecency on the 400 block of Flint Avenue;

— Runaway juvenile on the 1100 block of West 10th Avenue;

— Unwanted guest on the 600 block of Willard Street;

— Criminal trespass on the 2300 block of North Davis Street, the 500 block of Don Cutler Drive and the 1700 block of West Oglethorpe.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 13 calls on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Theft on the 3000 block of Sylvester Road;

— Fraud on the 4400 block of Acree Avenue;

— Animal call on the 1400 block of Liberty Expressway;

— Family violence on the 4800 block of Impala Lane.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 14 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available records show. The incidents included vehicle wreck, controlled burn, gas odor from stove, downed phone lines, trash fires, alarm malfunction, unattended cooking and downed power line.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 85 calls Thursday, available records show. There were 58 medical calls and 27 trauma calls.

The medical calls included: 13 respiratory issue calls, 6 chest pain calls, 5 diabetic issue calls, 1 altered mental status call, 1 seizure call, 1 OB/labor call, 1 cardiac arrest call, 1 mental health call and 27 various medical calls.

The trauma calls included 18 auto accident victims.
