Two suspects jailed in Thursday killing

Charges made in Thursday night killing

ALBANY, Ga. — Two arrests have been made in the Thursday night homicide of Terry Mack, 44, said officials of the Albany Police Department.

According to Phyllis Banks, APD spokeswoman, Ronnie Holmes, 32, and Michael Woods, 39, were arrested and transported to the Dougherty County Jail shortly before 5 a.m. Saturday.

Woods was charged with murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault. Holmes was charged with murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during certain crimes, APD officials said.

According to the APD, Mack had been shot to death on Cone Avenue Late Thursday evening as he sat in his 1997 Chevrolet Blazer.

Now lets see they are covicted and executed. For that is what they did to this individual. Why should Society support these killers for the rest of their lives? Justice swift and sure, not injustice at any cost for Lawyers and appeals.

Let's see. This guy had a house, yet at near midnight he's sitting in his truck parked on the curb. Had he been inside, odds are he'd be alive today. In this guys defense though, the one that killed him had no business being out of prison. I ain't buying the brothers statement about having the wrong man either.
