People just do not realize what a God send Hospice is until they have a terminally ill loved one and experience their services.

My mother was in a nursing home for a few years until she passed away. She was on and off of Hospice, but was always feeling better and taken better care of under hospice. Bringing toy animals and bringing little dogs to visit really made her day.

My daughter is now working with Hospice. After bringing babies into the world for over 20 years she decided a new career was in the making and loves Hospice. Talk about going from one extreme to the other, huh? Delivering new life and now helping ease the suffering of those being delivered to a new place. But she loves Hospice and finds it very rewarding as a career choice.

agirl_25, your daughter is an angel on earth. It takes special people to do either of the jobs she does and has done.
